They consistently bring quality service to the organization. Rx-IT brings a wide range of skills to the table,that can’t be accomplished by hiring one or two people, making it a worth while investment. For me (and I’m sure for all Plan employees) it’s the personal touch, which is very important to our culture. Rx-IT’s ability and willingness to respond 24x7 has been so beneficial to Plan, especially with a great deal of global travel, help can be required around the clock. Rx-IT is proactive in resolving issues. The “people” are very friendly and LISTEN to our needs. The service is 24/7, not all IT companies provide that service, and the majority of the time one phone call resolves the issue. RX-IT is proactive in resolving issues, whereas other similar companies are not long-term thinking. You need to look at more than just dollars and cents. Rx-IT has been a true IT partner they have allowed us to grow and have been able to properly support us at all production levels.  Rx-IT has been able to support us in other areas of the country too.

An IT support company you can trust to perform! 4 years ago, we were in a dysfunctional relationship with our outsourced IT provider. We were growing and they couldn’t keep up. They were doing a terrible job overall and our employees were fed up. We started a search for a new MSP and quickly narrowed it to a short list. RX-IT put together a support structure that worked very well for us. They did a great job of transitioning us to their support platform without service hiccups and their support has been drastically better than what we experienced before with our prior relationship. They’ve done whatever we needed them to do in a reasonable time frame and worked nights and weekends to make it happens when necessary.
